Are there native one-click integrations with stores or CRMs?
No, and we prefer to say so. Data comes in through each widget's webhook URL, which any store, CRM or automation tool can call, plus auto capture of forms on your own pages.
How do I connect Shopify orders?
Create an "Order creation" webhook in Shopify that points at your recent sales popup's webhook URL, or route orders through Zapier or Make. The Shopify install guide walks through it.
Can I send leads to my email marketing tool?
Yes, through the webhook alert channel and an automation tool, which can add each new lead to Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit or any list your tool supports.
Does it work with single-page apps and headless stores?
Yes. Add the pixel to the base HTML. Widgets are evaluated when the pixel loads.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every plan, using the API key from your account.
Do I need a separate pixel per website?
Yes. Each website is a campaign with its own pixel key, which keeps widgets and statistics separate.
