The service
AutoSocialProof lets you display notification widgets on websites you own or manage, collect leads and view statistics, through the app at app.autosocialproof.com. Features are described on our website; we may improve or change them, and we will not remove a core feature you paid for during a paid period without notice.
Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity in your account and for every website you install the pixel on.
Plans, renewals and cancellation
- Free: the limits shown on the pricing page, currently 5 websites and 100K impressions a month, with our badge on widgets.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by contacting support; your plan continues to the end of the paid period and then moves to Free.
- Limits such as monthly impressions reset every calendar month. When a limit is reached, widgets pause; we do not charge overage fees.
- Price changes apply from your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice.
Lifetime deals
Lifetime means for the lifetime of the AutoSocialProof product: one payment, no renewals, the limits of your tier forever, and every improvement we ship to the features in your tier. It is tied to one account and cannot be resold. Lifetime plans include the limits of the tier purchased (or the number of redeemed codes), receive improvements to included features, and are not transferable. Monthly limits still reset monthly. If we ever discontinue AutoSocialProof, we will give at least 12 months' notice and a way to export your data.
Payment and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of TheBigBot LLC; your statement shows "TheBigBot LLC". Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment for a plan or of a lifetime purchase. Details are in our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You must follow our acceptable use policy. In short: only show real activity and genuine reviews, only install on sites you are allowed to, respect privacy law, and do not abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break it.
Your data and your visitors' data
You own the content and data you put into AutoSocialProof. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. For personal data of your visitors, our DPA applies and forms part of these terms.
Our intellectual property
The app, website, brand and mascot belong to TheBigBot LLC. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that it will increase your sales by any amount. See our disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TheBigBot LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, for non-payment, or where the law requires, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which TheBigBot LLC is registered, and disputes go to the courts of the state in which TheBigBot LLC is registered, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
