To create your first notification campaign, add your website as a campaign, install its pixel, then create one notification, write it, style it, set when it appears and save. A campaign is one website; notifications are the widgets inside it.
Steps
- Create the campaign. In the dashboard choose Campaigns, then Create campaign. Name it after the website and enter its domain.
- Install the pixel. Open the campaign, choose Install pixel, copy the line and paste it before </head> on your site.
- Create a notification. Inside the campaign choose Create notification and pick a type. For a first test, an announcement (Informational) needs no data.
- Write the content. Short title, one line of description, optional image and link. Keep it true.
- Pick a theme and position. Choose one of 29 themes and one of 13 positions, then adjust colours.
- Set the trigger and targeting. For a test: delay of 2 seconds, all pages, all devices, frequency all the time.
- Save and check. Save, make sure the notification and campaign are enabled, then open your site in a private window.
- Tighten it for real visitors. Increase the delay, set frequency to once per session, and target the pages where it helps.
Proof widgets (recent sales, counters, reviews) show their fallback text until data arrives. Connect data with the webhook guide or auto capture.
